Oat Milk Soap
Maya's oat milk soap is a handcrafted soap made with oat milk. Oats are known for their anti-inflammatory properties and their ability to soothe skin conditions such as eczema, dryness, and itchiness. The oats in the soap help remove dead skin cells and improve the overall appearance and texture of the skin. This soap is particularly beneficial for individuals with very dry and sensitive skin.
The soap is made with oat milk, vegetable oils, and butters, and does not contain parabens, SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate), propylene glycol, or any surfactants or hardening agents.
Suitable for all skin types and can be especially helpful for people suffering from skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis.
Every batch of soap is handcrafted with care using a cold process method. The soap goes through various phases during the curing process, which takes approximately 6 weeks. As a result, there may be natural blemishes or distinctions that are not considered product flaws. These variations are inherent to the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may notice slight changes in color and size between individual products.

Distilled water: Water that has been purified through a distillation process.
Oat Milk: Milk made from oats, which provides soothing benefits for the skin and is particularly beneficial for individuals with dry and sensitive skin.
Olive oil: A nourishing oil that helps moisturize and soften the skin.
Shea butter: A rich butter extracted from the nuts of the shea tree, known for its moisturizing and nourishing properties.
Coconut oil: An oil derived from coconuts, which has moisturizing and antimicrobial properties.
Castor oil: A vegetable oil that helps moisturize and promote skin health.
Kokum butter: A butter extracted from the seeds of the kokum tree, known for its moisturizing and healing properties.
Sodium hydroxide: Also known as lye, it is used in the soap-making process to saponify the oils and create soap.
Sodium lactate: A natural humectant that helps to moisturize and increase the hardness of the soap.
Fragrance oil: An oil used to provide a pleasant scent to the soap.
Please note that sodium hydroxide is used in the soap-making process but is fully reacted and no longer present in the final product. The soap is carefully formulated to ensure that it is safe for use on the skin.
